The last eight months has given us an opportunity to get on board with a new way of working. As a business and team that relies heavily on face-to-face learning, this has been a real experience and one that we hope to continue into the future.
We have been trying and testing online training via Zoom and also Microsoft Teams, so would love to work with your team!

We’re halfway through lockdown 2.0 (hopefully), so we wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some tips to make it through, without having too much of an impact on your mental and physical health:
👉🏼 Get exercising – Get outdoors and run, walk or cycle. If you’d rather stay in, take part in an online workout, or a yoga session on YouTube.
👉🏼 Stretch those legs – Make the most of the great outdoors. Go on an adventure and invite a friend. See what your hometown really has to offer!
👉🏼 Meditate – Take some time out each day to breathe, relax and be at one with your thoughts.
👉🏼 Learn a new skill – Don’t get into bad habits of laziness. Take some time each day to learn something new, or perfect an existing skill.
👉🏼 ZOOM – You can’t go wrong with a Zoom call. Get the family involved with a quiz, get the girls on for a chat or even host a party.
If you want to thank these charities also, a donation would be much appreciated, using the links above. They work SO hard to provide support for others and it is a really difficult time for everyone at the moment, but especially charities like these that so many people rely on.
