Brief
The aim of this programme is to equip managers who have shown potential for future promotion into more senior positions with the necessary skills to manage managers. HPD were asked to design and deliver an inspiring programme that challenged comfort zones and addressed conflict resolution, motivational values, teamwork, communication, leadership and achieving results.
Solution
The programme has been well received by delegates and training managers. It has been running twice a year for seven years now and due to the excellent feedback is looking to roll out into other areas within Credit Suisse.
