Here are some ways that you can make them smile today:
👉🏼 Treat them to something sweet as an end of week treat
👉🏼 Compliment someone – on their outfit, piece of work or even their hair do
👉🏼 Take some time to thank a colleague who makes your job that bit nicer
👉🏼Arrange an out-of-work social event
👉🏼 Tag them in the comments to show your appreciation ... See MoreSee Less

It’s #InternationalWeekOfHappinessAtWork 😁
Here are the four key steps to greater wellbeing, health and productivity at work:
Purpose - Our purpose is a reflection of our core values, and we feel more purposeful at work when our everyday behaviors and decisions are aligned with those values. When we feel like we have a purpose, we work harder and as a result, feel happier with our performance.
Engagement - Do you generally enjoy your work? Are you part of the decisions about what, when, and how you do things at work? How often do you feel curious or deeply immersed and lose track of time while working? The more involved you are, the happier you will be.
Resilience - Resilience at work is tied to successfully detaching from work. That means taking time away to recover and pursue restorative, non-work-related wellness, social, creative, and perhaps charitable activities, both on a daily basis and through restful vacations.
Kindness - We’re happier at work when we are kind and are treated with kindness – building friendships and bonds with our colleagues and having an overall happier working environment.
Which of these steps do you follow within your role?

Taking care of your mind as well as your body is really important if you are still staying at home because of Covid-19 💙
You may feel worried or anxious about your finances, your health or those close to you. Perhaps you feel bored, frustrated or lonely. It's important to remember that it's okay to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently.
There are things you can do now to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing and cope with how you may feel if you're staying at home. Here are some of them:
◾️ Stay connected with others
◾️ Talk about your worries
◾️ Look after your body
◾️ Do not stay glued to the news
◾️ Carry on doing things that you enjoy
◾️ Take time to relax and get a good night’s sleep

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay 💙
This year, it seems even more important that we come together to raise awareness of how we can create a world where fewer people die by suicide.
With UK rates of depression doubling during lockdown, we need to make sure those close to us are okay. Check in on friends, family and colleagues, offer an ear when someone needs to talk and simply make sure you are there for those that you care about!
Tag your friends, family, colleagues and loved ones in the comments below to let them know that you are there for them! 🥰 ... See MoreSee Less
