HPD have been working with Scott Dunn since 2009 at all levels within the organisation. From board workshops and UK head office teams and leaders to overseas resort managers. The brief was to improve productivity, customer service, teamwork, leadership and overall organisational performance.
This has included personal development through one to one coaching, team effectiveness workshops, re-aligning vision, values goals and strategies, customer care and inspiring leadership programmes.
Scott Dunn is going from strength to strength year on year. The retention rate for seasonal staff has improved and general moral is continually growing. Resort managers are well equipped with inspiring leadership and management skills. The board are more confident in their decision making and the way they lead and communicate change within the organisation on order to grow and stay the number one luxury holiday company.
