Damian Cottle has 15 years and thousands of hours of flying experience as a pilot with British Airways. In this seminar he will draw on his own experience, as well as using dramatic footage, alongside examples and case studies from the aviation industry that make a compelling case for a seismic change in the way many of our professions , institutions and organisations are run, and indeed the way we respon d to mistakes in our day to day lives.
